Account Manager

Permanent employee, Full-time · Poland

Your tasks will include
  • Organize account set-up for farmers so they could start gaining value from eAgronom faster 

  • Motivate and teach farmers to use different parts of eAgronom through online meetings, group trainings, and webinars

  • Provide customer support for farmers through online tools and phone

  • Recognize and anticipate the needs of the market and think of unique solutions

  • Measure and keep track of customer activity

  • Develop new business with existing clients 

  • Prepare reports on account status

Must-haves
  • Polish language - native, English language - at least B2
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to react quickly
  • Good communication skills
  • Two years experience in a trading company
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry
  • Category B driving license and driving experience
Nice-to-haves
Experience in tools like:
  • eAgronom
  • Intercom
  • Google Tools
  • Pipedrive
  • Slack
  • any SaaS platform
