Agronomist

Permanent employee, Full-time · Poland

Your tasks will include

Help eAgronom clients introduce and improve good agricultural practices, including innovative eAgronom carbon programs.
Organise field trials and events, meetings with clients.
Measurement, analysis and interpretation of customer data.
Visit farmers as needed and contacting them to conduct analyses, collect data and make recommendations.
Provide knowledge about the eAgronom product from the point of view of agricultural conditions and practices in Poland.
Train customers to use the eAgronom program.

Must-haves

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or similar
3 years of grain growing experience and knowledge of the latest agricultural practices
Expert knowledge of English and fluent Polish - please send your CV in English
Great communication skills and ability to work in a team
You feel comfortable using Google Services or Microsoft Excel
You are independent and organized
You are ready to take initiative

Nice-to-haves

Experience in working with tools like:

eAgronom;
Intercom;
Google tools;
Pipedrive;
Slack or any SaaS.
