Value Chain Partner Lead

Your tasks will include

We are looking for an ambitious Value Chain Partner Lead who wants to be involved with a real global impact and manage our forward-looking partnership discussions with large food value chain partners. As the Value Chain Partner Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key players in the food value chain, including food brands and processors. Your primary goal is to enhance our organization's position within the food sector’s GHG Measuring and Insetting market and drive mutually beneficial collaborations. 

Your tasks will include:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners within the food value chain to expand and strengthen our network.

  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

  • Lead discussions and negotiations with large food value chain players to establish mutually beneficial partnerships around Scope 3 GHG measuring and insetting.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partnership activities with overall business goals.

Must-haves
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the food industry.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles.

  • In-depth understanding of the food value chain, including knowledge of food brands, processors, and relevant market dynamics.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing complex, high-value partnerships.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative efforts to achieve business objectives.

Nice-to-haves
  • A master's degree in MBA or a related field.

  • An established network within the food industry, with existing relationships that can be leveraged for strategic partnerships.

  • Familiarity with relevant technology tools and platforms (e.g. Pipedrive) for managing partnerships and analyzing market data.
