As our Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, with a primary focus on building a world-class Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) platform for the regenerative agriculture sector. 

Your tasks will include:

• Create and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with our commitment to regenerative agriculture
• Develop a roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and integrations
• Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs, challenges, and aspirations of regenerative farmers
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements
• Prioritise features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with our mission
• Work closely with engineering teams to build and iterate on product prototypes
• Coordinate product launches, ensuring effective communication and adoption
• Engage with farmers, collect feedback, and iterate on product improvements
• Monitor product performance and analyse user data to drive continuous enhancements
