What you'll be doing:
- Organizing data collection from customers and staying within our timelines.
- Developing, expanding and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
- Cooperating with our marketing and agronomy teams to improve customer engagement.
- Providing support to existing clients, and ensuring they use our platform in a correct way and to its full potential.
- Cooperating with our product team to improve tools and processes.
- Helping with the renewal of customers licenses and other tasks related to our software.
- Participating in trade shows and conventions.
- Occasionally visiting farmers and providing support for sales.
