Your tasks will include
Are you passionate about climate action? Would you like to be part of a thriving, international team, working with farmers to remove carbon in the soil? We are now hiring a Head of Carbon Removal Sales & Partnerships to build and scale eAgronom’s credit sales strategy for our VM0042 soil carbon project.
At eAgronom, we see soil carbon as a way to recycle atmospheric CO2 into something valuable - healthier soils, more resilient farms, and productive land.
We work directly with 3,500+ farmers across 2.5+ million hectares, using automated and continuous data collection to capture what actually happens on fields. Carbon credits at eAgronom are generated from verified practices embedded in everyday farming - reinforced by field trials, demonstration plots, and close farmer partnerships in every market.
Why this role is different
Farmers are our partners: Credits come from farms we work with directly, through long-term farmer partnerships.
Automated verification: Proprietary AI technology verifies real on-field activity, reducing self-reporting and audit risk.
Already at scale: Active across 10 European countries and 1 African market.
Real work on the ground: Field trials and farmer events ensure what we sell works in practice, not just on paper.
